Full-time inpatient rehabilitation programs — structured, immersive, and clinically supervised

Residential treatment — sometimes called inpatient rehabilitation — means living at the treatment facility for the duration of the program. This is the most intensive level of care for addiction, and for many people it is the right choice: it removes daily triggers, provides structure, and surrounds the person with clinical and peer support around the clock.

Programs typically last between 30 and 90 days, though some extend to six months or longer depending on the individual's needs and history. A typical day includes individual therapy, group sessions, health and wellness activities, and psychoeducational workshops. Many programs also work with families, recognizing that recovery is rarely an individual journey.

Residential treatment is not the only path to recovery, but it is often the most appropriate starting point for people with severe dependence, those who have relapsed after shorter interventions, or those whose home environment makes early recovery particularly difficult. The centers listed here are licensed by the Israeli Ministry of Health to provide residential addiction treatment.
