RecoveryCompass is committed to making this website accessible to people of all abilities, including those who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other tools.
We aim to follow Israeli Standard 5568 (SI 5568) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we continue to review and improve the site.
Standards We Aim to Follow
Recovery Compass works toward conformance with:
- Israeli Standard 5568 (SI 5568), which references WCAG 2.0 guidelines
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level AA, published by the W3C
We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit. References to these standards reflect our ongoing efforts, not a certified audit result.
Accessibility Features
We have implemented or are working to implement the following:
- Keyboard navigation support throughout the site
- Semantic HTML heading structure (H1, H2, H3) to aid screen reader navigation
- Alt text for informational images
- Readable font sizes and sufficient color contrast where possible
- Visible, descriptive link text
- Responsive layout for desktop and mobile devices
- Logical reading order in page content
Known Limitations
We are aware of the following areas that may require further review:
- Some content pages may not yet fully meet all heading or alt-text standards
- Third-party tools added in the future (such as analytics or cookie consent tools) may introduce additional accessibility considerations requiring review
- Accessibility of any PDF documents linked from the site has not been fully audited
We are actively working to address these limitations.
